Matco Services Sdn Bhd was initiated more than 10 years ago as a fully owned subsidiary of Matco Malaysia and belongs to the Essem Group of Companies. The objective for embarking on this is that apart from just representing OEM brands and products, and selling them to our clients, we are also available to them for the installation, commissioning, assembly and testing, long term servicing, maintenance and warranty works.

Equipped with portable greasing and flushing pumps for unplanned lubrication for valves during start-up/ shutdown

ULTRASONIC AND MONITORING DEVICES
Data acquired and studies made to be able to propose sand and fines prevention safe guards for wells completion and topside (ie; downhole gravel pack, catch pots, desanders, etc)
Well flow optimization exercise to determine optimum level of choke setting to flow wells at highest amount of hydro carbon production with minimum (or acceptable) fines production
Regular Maximum Sand Free Rate (MSFR) testing approch for brown field which control sand transport to further downstream and preventing errosion & LOPC issues
Creating a remote Sand Monitoring option where the Matco engineer is able to monitor well performance in real-time, and able to call offshore plant for further recommended action, from his home base
CONTROL PANEL UPGRADES
In-house built and assembled control panels for actuated valves in our local workshops. All backplates, tubing and fittings, assembled in house. Control Schematics drawings prepared in house
Providing technical options for PSD (partial stroking devices) for selected and required ABVs at site. Targeted proposals based on the many designs of PSD’s available in the market. From design to installation, commissioning and finally, SAT

We have Sabahans and Sarawakians, trained service personnel, based in our local offices, as well as our Semenanjung based personnel. It is our goal to train and equip local Service experts, while reducing the dependency on foreign/expatriate personnel.
