OLIVALS™ VF - Liquid Valve Flush
A unique combination of solvent for valve cleaning. Safely removes oxidation (rust & scale) & dissolves solidified hydrocarbon deposits.
Corrosion inhibiting film to stop oxidation.
Non-corrosive and will not harm any valve metal components such as springs, valve seat and seals.
Non Fammable, non-health hazard.

OLIVALS™ VL - Fully Synthetic
Minimize internal friction of moving parts. Adheres to metal - protects against rust & corrosion
Anti-Hardening - will not block the lubrication ports, will not solidify on valve seats.
Contains no clay or bentonite or soaps as filler materials. Resistant to wash out.
Non-flammable, non-health hazard.
Maximum temperature range 600℉

OLIVALS™ VRS - Fully Synthetic
Synthetic grease sealant for high pressure and high-temperature valve operation
Formulated with resins, graphite, and Liquillon.
Service temperature -12℃ up to >532℃
Maximum resistance to H2S and hydrocarbon fluids. Corrosion-resistant, waterproof. Excellent sealing capabilities.
OLIVALS™ GATE VALVE SEALANT 2
OLIVALS™ GVS2 - Fully Synthetic
Improved synthetic gate valve lubricant and emergency sealant.
Formulated with Liquillon and silica amorphous.
Excellent lubrication and sealing capability for valves exposed to carbon dioxide.
Service temperature -45℃ up to >260℃
NLGI Grade 2-3
Excellent resistance to carbon dioxide, insoluble to water, brine, and hydrochloric acid.
Non-melting and non-hardening.
Contains no soap and zero bentonites.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Long Term Solution
This program develops a comprehensive valves database that enables the operator to manage any type of service or maintenance required. This program minimizes unplanned downtime due to valve failure and increases productivity.
Valve inventory will be reduced thus less holding cost and this program prolongs valves' service life up to 50-60%. It could also reduce overall maintenance costs.
